How to Weave and Carve in Wool and Chenille.

A brief description of book contents - Order details.

3-Dimensional Weaving

Enhancing the definition and strength of the character and model designs requires an application of the 3-Dimensional weaving process. Models that are created from pompom discs and wool thread are easily assembled.

The Book includes step-by-step drawings of the weaving and shaping process as applicable to specific areas of the construction method. 3 - dimensional weaving combines with carving and trimming creating the final appearance of the models. Not all of the projects include pompoms in their construction, some contain pipe cleaners or chenille stems only.
